Youmacon Indie game showcase

In November 2023, the Game Design and Development minor at MSU traveled to Detroit to show off and get feedback on our game alphas at the Youmacon Indie Game Showcase.

The games shown off include Happy Trails, The Mine, Luminaqua, and Pizzakai.


terra Nova – spotlight [10]

Through Impact 89FM (WDBM-FM), Michigan State University’s student radio station, I had the honor of being selected for a feature in a series podcast called “Spotlight [10]”, which highlights sound storytelling through fiction, non-fiction, and comedy productions.

In this nine and a half minute story, titled “Terra Nova,” the listener is taken to a dystopian future where humanity is at risk of extinction, focusing on the crew of the spaceship Terra Nova and the perils they face.

At the end of the Fall 2023 semester, MSU held a games showcase to exhibit the top projects of the semester. Happy Trails, The Mine, and A Game’s Overture were all displayed at this event!
